The Oligo Adapters Fc gamma receptors (FcγRs) are designed for the screening of therapeutic antibodies. By immobilizing one or multiple FcγRs to the sensor surface via the conjugated oligonucleotide, antibodies can be screened and kinetically profiled for their Fc binding characteristics.
The following Fc gamma receptor oligo adapters are available:
FcγRI (CD64), human
FcγRIIa (CD32a), human
FcγRIIb (CD32b), human
FcγRIIIa (CD16a), human
FcγRIIIb (CD16b), human
The Fc gamma receptor adaptors are supplied pre-conjugated to the oligonucleotide sequence of choice (Seq ID 00 - Seq ID 16). Several FcγRs can be immobilized on our multiplex sensor chips by choosing a distinct sequence for each adaptor.
The adaptor solution is provided as a 10x stock solution suitable for 10 sensor immobilizations at 200 nM at an injection volume of 120 µl.
