Sensors [Oligo|Oligo] are DNA oligonucleotide–based sensor chips that enable robust interaction analysis in buffer and complex biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants.
The chips feature pre-defined 20-mer DNA oligonucleotides functionalized on both ridges and grooves of the sensor spots (molograms), enabling controlled and versatile ligand immobilization.
Ligands are immobilized via DNA-directed immobilization (DDI) using complementary oligonucleotide adapters that simplify functionalization of a wide range of biomolecules.
Each sensor chip contains 64 sensor spots, available in singleplex and multiplex configurations. In multiplex mode, distinct DNA sequences enable the simultaneous immobilization of up to 64 different ligands on a single chip. The DNA-based immobilization also allows straightforward regeneration by dehybridization, enabling reuse of the chip without the need for custom regeneration protocols.
