Collection: Oligonucleotide Conjugation Kits

Oligonucleotide conjugation kits are designed for the conjugation of oligonucleotides (10 - 80 nt) to broad range of proteins (15 - 300 kDa) for subsequent focal molography analysis.

The conjugation kits provide the reagents for the activation of the proteins via two alternative chemistries: 

1. via Amino groups (-NH2, derived from e.g. Lysins)
2. via Thiol groups (-SH, derived from e.g. Cysteines)

 The oligonucleotides are not provided in the conjugation kits.
