Spin Column

The Spin Column is used for concentrating and buffer-exchanging protein-oligonucleotide conjugates during the oligonucleotide conjugation workflow. It efficiently concentrates the conjugate into a small volume while removing excess unreacted oligonucleotides and other low-molecular-weight contaminants.

One Spin Column is included in each Oligonucleotide Conjugation Kit (AminoLink and ThioLink). Additional columns can be purchased separately as replacements or to expand beyond the standard conjugation protocol.
