Oligonucleotide Adapters

Oligonucleotide adapters are DNA oligonucleotides conjugated to capture molecules. The adapters can be used to conveniently immobilize ligands on the focal molography biosensor surface. The immobilization is achieved through the hybridization of complementary DNA strands on both the biosensor surface and the adapter molecule.
