Oligo Adapter NHS

The Oligo Adapter NHS is designed for the immobilization of non-modified proteins and biomolecules to the surface of oligo-based sensor chips. 

The oligo adaptor binds to proteins and other biomolecules via the primary amine of the lysine side chain and can be immobilized on the sensor-surface via DNA-directed immobilization.

The Oligo Adaptor NHS is supplied pre-conjugated to the oligonucleotide sequence of choice (Seq ID 00 - Seq ID 08) to allow multiplexing on sensor chips by choosing distinct sequences for multiple adaptors.

The solution is provided as a 10x stock solution suitable for 10 sensor immobilizations at 200 nM at an injection volume of 120 µl.
