Oligo Adapter NHS

The Oligo Adapter NHS is designed for the immobilization of non-modified proteins and biomolecules via their primary amine groups on oligonucleotide sensor chips. It is an alternative to off-chip conjugation with the Oligonucleotide Conjugation Kit, AminoLink.

The protein coupling is a two-step process: the oligonucleotide-TCO adapter is first immobilized on the sensor chip via DNA-directed immobilization (DDI), and the reactive NHS group for amine coupling is then generated on the chip in a second step. For this reason the product is supplied as a two-component set.

The Oligo Adapter NHS is supplied pre-conjugated to the oligonucleotide sequence of choice to allow multiplexing on sensor chips by choosing distinct sequences for multiple adapters.

The solution is provided as a stock solution sufficient for 10 sensor immobilizations at 200 nM at an injection volume of 130 µl.
