Collection: Sensors [Oligo|PEG]

Sensors [Oligo|PEG] are DNA oligonucleotide–based sensor chips designed for interaction analysis in clean sample environments such as buffered systems.

The sensor spots (molograms) are functionalized with DNA oligonucleotides on the ridges and PEG on the grooves, providing a well-defined immobilization pattern combined with effective suppression of non-specific binding.

Ligands are immobilized via DNA-directed immobilization (DDI) using complementary oligonucleotide adapters that simplify functionalization of a wide range of biomolecules. As chip regeneration is easily achieved through dehybridization, custom regeneration protocols are not necessary.

Each sensor chip contains 64 sensor spots, available in singleplex and multiplex configurations, allowing the simultaneous analysis of up to 64 different ligands on a single chip.
