Oligo Adapter TCO

Oligo adapter for usage with the Oligonucleotide Conjugation Kit, AminoLink or for Tetratzine tagged biomolecules. Trans-cyclooctene (TCO) reacts with methyl-substituted tetrazines rapidly to form a dihydropyridazine adduct. This bioorthogonal reaction is exceptionally fast and selective under physiological conditions, which makes it a go-to chemistry for labeling of biomolecules.
