Oligo Adapter for Amine Kit

The Oligo Adapter for Amine Kit is an oligonucleotide adapter designed for the conjugation of amine-reactive proteins and biomolecules using the Oligonucleotide Conjugation Kit, AminoLink.

The oligonucleotide is functionalized with a 5′-terminal Trans-cyclooctene (TCO) group which reacts with methyl-substituted tetrazines rapidly to form a dihydropyridazine adduct. This bioorthogonal reaction is exceptionally fast and selective under physiological conditions.

Each sequence ID corresponds to a unique oligonucleotide sequence for use on a specific mologram position on the sensor chip. Select the sequence ID matching your assay layout.
