Oligo Adapter TCO (for AminoLink kit)

The Oligo Adapter TCO is designed for the conjugation of Tetratzine-tagged proteins and biomolecules using the Oligonucleotide Conjugation Kit, AminoLink.

The oligonucleotide is functionalized with a 5-terminal Trans-cyclooctene (TCO) group which reacts with methyl-substituted tetrazines rapidly to form a dihydropyridazine adduct. This bioorthogonal reaction is exceptionally fast and selective under physiological conditions, which makes it a go-to chemistry for labeling of biomolecules. 

The Oligo Adaptor TCO is supplied pre-conjugated to the oligonucleotide sequence of choice (Seq ID 00 - Seq ID 16) to allow multiplexing on sensor chips by choosing distinct sequences for multiple adaptors.
