Oligo Adapter for Thiol Kit

The Oligo Adapter for Thiol Kit is an oligonucleotide adapter designed for the conjugation of thiol-containing proteins and biomolecules using the Oligonucleotide Conjugation Kit, ThioLink.

The oligonucleotide is functionalized with a 5′-terminal Maleimide group, allowing site-specific conjugation to accessible thiol (–SH) groups on proteins (e.g. containing a Cysteine amino acid). It is a widely used chemistry for fast, site-selective bioconjugation under mild aqueous conditions.
