Oligo adapter for capturing of Strep-Tactin tagged biomolecules via Strep-Tactin^®XT. Strep-Tactin^®XT is the high affinity variant for the purification of strep-tagged fusion proteins. The adapter is composed of antibody binding protein A/G or A/G/L for a broad applicability. The solution is provided as a 10x stock solution suitable for 10 sensor immobilizations at 200 nM at an injection volume of 120 µl.
