Oligo Adapter Strep-Tactin® XT

The Oligo Adapter Strep-Tactin XT is designed for the immobilization of Strep-tagged fusion proteins and biomolecules to the surface of oligo-based sensor chips.

The oligo adapter binds strep-tagged fusion proteins with its Strep-Tactin^®XT end (a high affinity variant of Strep-Tactin) and can be immobilized on the sensor-surface via DNA-directed immobilization.

The Oligo Adapter Strep-Tactin XT is supplied pre-conjugated to the oligonucleotide sequence of choice (Seq ID 00 - Seq ID 16) to allow multiplexing on sensor chips by choosing distinct sequences for multiple adaptors.

The solution is provided as a 10x stock solution suitable for 10 sensor immobilizations at 200 nM at an injection volume of 120 µl.
