Oligo Adapter SpyCatcher

The Oligo Adapter SpyCatcher captures SpyTag-tagged fusion proteins on the sensor surface via the spontaneous isopeptide bond formed between SpyCatcher and SpyTag. The adapter itself is immobilized on the sensor via DNA-directed immobilization (DDI), enabling stable, covalent capture of the protein of interest in crude or complex matrices.

Supplied pre-conjugated to the oligonucleotide sequence of choice (Seq ID 01 to Seq ID 16) for multiplexed measurements on a single sensor chip.

• Volume: 110 µL
• Concentration: 2.6 µM
• Injections: 10 sensor immobilizations at 200 nM, 130 µL injection volume
• Storage solution: PBS-T
