QC Oligo Standards are ready-to-use oligonucleotide solutions designed for the quality control of lino Biotech sensor chips. The QC oligos are sequence-matched to the sensor chip and verify successful hybridization across all measurement spots.
Each vial contains 500 µL at 500 nM, sufficient for five QC injections. The QC Oligo Standard contains sequence-matched oligonucleotides at a working concentration of 500 nM in nuclease-free water. Inject 100 µL per QC run to verify uniform hybridization. Each vial provides 500 µL, sufficient for five quality control runs. Supplied ready to use — no dilution required. Store at –20 °C.
