Oligo Adapter anti-GFP VHH Antibody

The Oligo Adapter anti-GFP VHH Antibody is designed for the immobilization of GFP-tagged proteins and biomolecules to the surface of oligo-based sensor chips.

The Oligo Adaptor binds to proteins carrying a GFP tag via an anti-GFP VHH antibody and can be immobilized on the sensor-surface via DNA-directed immobilization.

The Oligo Adaptor is supplied pre-conjugated to the oligonucleotide sequence of choice (Seq ID 00 - Seq ID 08) to allow multiplexing on sensor chips by choosing distinct sequences for multiple adaptors.

The solution is provided as a 10x stock solution suitable for 10 sensor immobilizations at 200 nM at an injection volume of 120 µl.
