Oligo Adapter trisNTA

The Oligo Adapter trisNTA is designed for the immobilization of His-tagged biomolecules to the surface of oligo-based sensor chips. 

The oligonucleotide adaptor binds His-tagged proteins via the conjugated trisNTA chelator head and binds to the sensor-surface via DNA-directed immobilization.

The Oligo Adaptor trisNTA is supplied pre-conjugated to the oligonucleotide sequence of choice (Seq ID 00 - Seq ID 08) to allow multiplexing on sensor chips by choosing distinct sequences for multiple adaptors. 

The solution is provided as a 10x stock solution suitable for 10 sensor immobilizations at 200 nM at an injection volume of 120 µl.
