Oligo Adapter 5´Phosphate

The Oligo Adapter 5´Phosphate is designed for the immobilization of On-DNA resynthesized hits from DNA-encoded library screens to the surface of oligo-based sensor chips for subsequent DEL hit validation.

The product is designed to work with the ligation protocol of lino Biotech to elongate an existing DNA-containing DEL-warhead with an oligonucleotide from lino Biotech. The elongated DEL-warhead is then compatible for immobilization on the biosensor chips [oligo|oligo] of the MACS Matchmaker.

Multiple oligonucleotide sequences are available (Seq ID 00 - Seq ID 32) to allow multiplexing of DEL hits on multiplex sensor chips.

For running a complete DEL panel, the adapter set is also available as a ready-to-use 96-well plate, in two panel sizes: the 32-plex panel with 33 filled positions (Seq ID 1 to 32 plus the backfill sequence BF), and the 16-plex panel with 17 filled positions (Seq ID 1 to 16 plus BF). One sequence per well, 10 nmol per well, dried. The plate removes the manual aliquoting step before a multiplexed run and is supplied as one fixed panel; individual sequences cannot be purchased separately from the plate. For flexible sub-plexing, choose the single-sequence vials or bundles.
