Oligo Adapter 5´Phosphate

The Oligo Adapter 5´Phosphate is designed for the immobilization of On-DNA resynthesized hits from DNA-encoded library screens to the surface of oligo-based sensor chips for subsequent DEL hit validation.

The product is designed to work with the ligation protocol of lino Biotech to elongate an existing DNA-containing DEL-warhead with an oligonucleotide from lino Biotech. The elongated DEL-warhead is then compatible for immobilization on the biosensor chips [oligo|oligo] of the MACS Matchmaker.

Multiple oligonucleotide sequences are available (Seq ID 00 - Seq ID 16) to allow multiplexing of DEL hits on multiplex sensor chips.
