Oligo Adapter Amine

The Oligo Adapter Amine is designed for the immobilization of On-DNA resynthesized hits from DNA-encoded library screens to the surface of oligo-based sensor chips for subsequent DEL hit validation.

The product is designed to be used in the resynthesis of a DEL warhead. A DEL warhead synthesized with the Oligo Adapter Amine can be used to directly immobilize the DEL warhead onto the surface of the sensor chips used on the the MACS Matchmaker platform. 

Multiple oligonucleotide sequences are available (Seq ID 00 - Seq ID 16) to allow multiplexing of DEL hits on multiplex sensor chips.
