Oligo Converter Biotin

The Oligo Converter Biotin adds a biotin handle to oligo-conjugated proteins generated with the lino Biotech AminoLink or ThioLink conjugation kits. This enables cross-platform validation of your oligo-protein conjugates, for example on streptavidin-coated ELISA plates, streptavidin pulldown assays, or any biotin-based biosensor platform, without having to run a second, separate biotinylation reaction.

The Converter is a short DNA oligonucleotide carrying a biotin modification. After hybridization to the oligo tag on your protein, the conjugate is ready to bind streptavidin, NeutrAvidin or anti-biotin surfaces.
