Desalting Column

The Desalting Column is used for rapid buffer exchange and desalting of protein samples during the oligonucleotide conjugation workflow. It effectively removes small molecules such as excess crosslinker, salts, and other low-molecular-weight contaminants while recovering the protein in the desired buffer.

• Sample volume: 10–75 µL
• Format: Spin column (centrifuge compatible)

One Desalting Column is included in each Oligonucleotide Conjugation Kit (AminoLink and ThioLink). Additional columns can be purchased separately as replacements or to expand beyond the standard conjugation protocol.
