Clean Solution 1 + 2

Clean Solution 1 and Clean Solution 2 are used for the MACS Sampler following complex media experiments. Formulated to effectively purge and remove residual biomaterials, proteins, and media components, ensuring optimal system cleanliness and preventing sample carryover.

Stages

* Clean with Clean 1 procedure
* Clean with Clean 2 procedure
* Clean with MilliQ Water procedure

Before executing this action:

2. Exchange the running buffer bottle with Clean 1.
4. Exchange the buffer bottle in the autosampler with Clean 1.
6. Put the maintenance chip into the reader.

This process will take 7 minutes to complete. The autosampler will move the trays. Only channel 2 to 5 will be cleaned automatically.
