FcRn Species Panel

The FcRn Species Panel is a ready-to-use multiplexed binder set for the MACS Matchmaker focal molography platform. It enables cross-species characterization of antibody binding to the neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) in a single experiment on a Sensor [Oligo|PEG] 8-plex chip.

Panel composition

Seven pre-conjugated FcRn ligands at fixed oligonucleotide sequences 1–7, plus a complementary oligonucleotide on slot 8:

1. Human FcRn (FCGRT/B2M)
2. Cynomolgus FcRn
3. Marmoset FcRn
4. Mouse FcRn
5. Rat FcRn
6. Minipig FcRn
7. Human FcRn L320A (IgG-binding-deficient specificity control)
8. Complementary oligonucleotide (dsDNA-only control — mimics the DDI interface without a protein ligand, supports DNA-layer NSB subtraction)
