Flow Chamber, Maintenance

Maintenance flow chamber for the MACS Matchmaker. It holds no sensor chip and carries no seal, and closes the fluidic path so the system can be run without a mologram in the beam.

Use it whenever the instrument is not measuring:

• For cleaning runs with Clean Solution 1 and 2, where it replaces the measurement chamber for the duration of the cycle
• For storage and any period in which the instrument sits idle, so the fluidic path stays closed and the chamber seat stays protected
• For flushing and priming after a buffer change

• Machined from natural PEEK throughout, for broad chemical compatibility with the cleaning solutions
• Fully reusable
• Screw-mounted assembly, six Torx screws, no special tooling required
• No seal and no consumable parts, so nothing to replace between runs
• Same footprint and mounting as the screw-type measurement chambers

One maintenance chamber per instrument is enough. Keep it fitted whenever no measurement is running.
