Oligo Adapter Protein A/G + Protein A/G/L

The Oligo Adapter Protein A/G + Protein A/G/L is designed for the immobilization of antibodies /IgGs of various species and isotypes to the surface of oligo-based sensor chips. 

The oligo adapter binds to antibodies/IgGs via its protein A/G or A/G/L end (providing broad applicability) and can be immobilized on the sensor-surface via DNA-directed immobilization.

The Oligo Adaptor Protein A/G + Protein A/G/L is supplied pre-conjugated to the oligonucleotide sequence of choice (Seq ID 00 - Seq ID 08) to allow multiplexing on sensor chips by choosing distinct sequences for multiple adaptors.

The solution is provided as a 10x stock solution suitable for 10 sensor immobilizations at 200 nM at an injection volume of 120 µl.
