Oligo Adapter FcRn (Neonatal Fc Receptor)

The Oligo Adapter FcRn (Neonatal Fc Receptor) is designed for the characterization of antibody-FcRn interactions, which are critical for understanding and optimizing antibody pharmacokinetics. FcRn mediates pH-dependent binding of IgG, enabling antibody recycling and transcytosis, and is a key determinant of antibody serum half-life.

By immobilizing FcRn to the sensor surface via the conjugated oligonucleotide, therapeutic antibodies and Fc-engineered variants can be screened for their FcRn binding kinetics at both acidic (pH 6.0) and neutral (pH 7.4) conditions — a critical assay for predicting in vivo half-life.

The Oligo Adapter FcRn is supplied pre-conjugated to the oligonucleotide sequence of choice (Seq ID 00 – Seq ID 16) to allow multiplexing on sensor chips by choosing distinct sequences for multiple adapters.

The solution is provided as a stock solution sufficient for 10 sensor immobilizations at 200 nM at an injection volume of 130 µl.
