Click chemistry sensor chip optimised for immobilisation of trans-cyclooctene (TCO) modified molecules through methyltetrazine (Me-Tz) on the ridges. The grooves are backfilled with polyethylene glycol (PEG) to suppress non-specific binding and keep the assay background low. Single-channel (1 plex) configuration for focused single-target experiments on the MACS Matchmaker.
