Sensor - 2D PEG - [Oligo|Oligo] - 8 plex

The Sensor - 2D PEG - [Oligo|Oligo] - 16 plex is a DNA oligonucleotide-based sensor chip that allows robust interaction analysis of up to 8 different ligands simultaneously in buffer and complex samples, like serum, plasma and cell culture supernatant. 

The chip is functionalized with oligonucleotide sequences attached to both ridges and grooves of the 64 sensor spots (molograms). 

The immobilization of ligands to the sensor surface is achieved through DNA-directed immobilization using oligonucleotide-adapters with complementary DNA sequences.
