Fc Receptor Panel

The Fc Receptor Panel is a ready-to-use multiplexed binder set for the MACS Matchmaker focal molography platform. It profiles the full Fcγ receptor family alongside the high- and low-affinity IgE receptors on a single chip in approximately one hour.

The panel runs on the Sensor [Oligo|PEG] 8-plex with seven pre-conjugated Fc receptors at fixed oligonucleotide sequences 1–7, plus an oligo-only construct on slot 8 that mimics the DDI interface without a captured receptor. The reference slot supports DNA-layer non-specific binding subtraction; authentic Fc-mediated signals on slots 1–7 produce no response on this channel.
